In operation for just over a year, we are an ICD (Independent Corporate Distributor) specializing in sales, marketing, and management training. Our business is quite dynamic, and we are in a state of growth. However, our systems, clients, and recruiting practices are very mature.

Currently, we are twenty reps strong and client-focused. All that being said, we are always evolving as well. We offer entry-level sales and marketing jobs across Bel Air, Lanham, Aberdeen, Towson, Owings Mills, Baltimore, Glen Burnie, Columbia, Mount Airy, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Washington County, Bowie, Annapolis, and the surrounding areas.


At Vantage Consulting, Inc., no customer is average. Every customer is needed, and we always choose quality over quantity.

One aspect that makes us second to none is prioritizing development, whether it be someone’s understanding of business, sales/marketing, or simply developing leadership skills. Our vision is to build an organization operating in several cities nationwide.
